Licensed practical nurse - care medical

Responsibilities

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

• CHF, Chest pain, drug load, pre CABG, pre TAVR, Angio with stents, BKS, AKA and med/surg overflow patients
• Telemetry Monitoring
• Pacemaker/ICA Care
• Post Angio Care

• Graduate of a state approved professional nurse program
• Current RN licensure with Missouri State Board of Nursing or current RN Missouri temporary work permit
• Must have a current American Heart Association Health Care Provider card or complete a course within probationary period

• Graduate Nurse Sign On Bonus $5,000
