Overview

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Med/Surg and Telemetry duties, providing comprehensive patient care in a hospital setting.

• Assessing and monitoring patients' vital signs, heart rhythms, and overall condition, with proficiency in telemetry interpretation.
• Administering medications safely, managing post-operative and wound care, and preventing complications.
• Providing patient education on disease management, discharge instructions, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams for care plan implementation and participating in rounds.
• Responding promptly to emergencies with interventions such as CPR and ACLS, escalating care as needed.
• Maintaining accurate documentation in electronic health records and ensuring infection control protocols.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current with best practices.

• Current RN license and BLS certification.
• Experience in Med Surg and Telemetry nursing.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies effectively.
