Role: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing urgent care to patients with diverse illnesses and trauma, recognizing and treating life‑threatening conditions, and prioritizing patient needs through triage.
Responsibilities- Assess, intervene, and stabilize patients with acute illnesses or injuries
- Make rapid and accurate evaluations of physical and mental health conditions
- Prioritize patients based on medical urgency through effective triage
- Provide comprehensive emergency care with decisive action
- Active RN license
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- At least 18 months of recent ER experience
- Possession of BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (may be required)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills
