Hours:

36;
Shift: 6:30am – 7:00pm (Day Shift).

Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff, including vital sign monitoring, bathing, dressing, patient movement, linen changes, and other appointed duties.

Note:

The Nurse Assistant Training Program offers classroom and clinical learning to obtain training as unlicensed assistive personnel. Upon completion, a competency assessment validates learning.

• Education (Preferred) – High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience (Preferred) – Prior patient care or health care related experience.
• Experience (Required) – 3 months as a nursing assistant in an inpatient or long‑term care setting, EMT, or Surgical Technologist in the past 3 years; or in the last 3 years completed an Unlicensed Assistive Personnel Program; or completed a “fundamentals of nursing” course with clinical in an accredited program; or Missouri CNA License.
• Licensure/Certification – BLS must be obtained within 90 days;
  Missouri CNA License must be obtained within 120 days of hire.
• Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication; strong time management; analytical/problem‑solving; flexibility to multitask; conscientious, thorough, accurate, reliable.
