Position OverviewProvide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff. Perform duties such as taking vitals, bathing, dressing, moving patients, changing linens, and other tasks as assigned. Obtain information on patient condition as requested and report any changes. Clinical rotation includes classroom and patient care training with competency assessment.
Responsibilities- Take and record vital signs
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Change linens and maintain patient environment
- Collect patient condition data and report changes to nursing staff
- Participate in classroom and clinical training as part of the Nurse Assistant Training Program
- Complete competency assessment upon program completion
- Up to $900 Sign‑On Bonus

Education
- Preferred:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience
- 3 months as a nursing assistant in an inpatient or long‑term care setting, EMT, or surgical technologist within the past 3 years; OR
- Completed an Unlicensed Assistive Personnel Program within the past 3 years; OR
- Completed fundamentals of nursing course with clinical placement in an accredited nursing program or practical nursing program; OR
- Must have Missouri CNA License; OR
- Must have MO CNA Appendix and obtain Missouri CNA license within 120 days of hire

Licensure/Certification
- BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire
