Role Overview

Join our Emergency Department as an Experienced RN. Utilize nursing skills to provide patient care in a fast‑paced Emergency Department, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, evaluate care effectiveness, and uphold our mission and standards.

• Deliver high‑quality emergency care to diverse patients, from minor illnesses to critical injuries.
• Coordinate patient care across departments and evaluate team performance.
• Maintain professional accountability and adhere to safety and confidentiality protocols.
• Participate in specialized programs such as the Emergency Trauma Center Nursing Fellowship.

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with the Missouri State Board of Nursing or a temporary permit.
• Hospital‑based experience; emergency department experience preferred.
• Certifications:
  
  AHA Healthcare Provider, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC within required time frames.
