Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Position Details:
Nurses work 12-hour shifts 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am with rotational weekends. Full time and part time available.

Incentives:

New Grad $5,000 Sign-on bonus for night shift only. 1-2 years RN experience Sign-on bonus $13,000 for night shift only. 3-4 years RN experience Sign-on bonus $15,000 for night shift only. 5+ years RN experience Sign-on bonus $20,000 for night shift only.

Education Assistance:
Up to $20,000 Loan Forgiveness for new grad nurses. Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 per year. $3000 Relocation Assistance for full time only.

Weekend Differential. Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am. Weekend Option Days: WEO rates + weekend differential. Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates + weekend differential + straight night shift differential. New Increased Weekend Option Differential: $10.00 RN.

Qualifications:

Education:

Graduate or upcoming Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program. Licensure:
Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications:

Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

All of our nurses are ACLS certified. 4A Cardiac Unit focuses on CHF, Chest pain, drug load, pre CABG, pre TAVR, Angio with stents, BKS, AKA and med/surg overflow patients. Clinical skills include Telemetry Monitoring, Pacemaker/ICA Care, Post Angio Care, TR Band, 5 Main Medication Drips.
