Role Overview
Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process within the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework, ensuring professional accountability and patient rights.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinates patient care with other departments, maintains confidentiality, and upholds care standards.
Qualifications- Graduate of a state-approved professional nurse program.
- Current LPN licensure with the Missouri State Board of Nursing, or a Missouri temporary RN work permit, or a graduate LPN with 90 days to obtain licensure.
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion within probationary period.
Strong communication, collaboration, and commitment to patient-centered care in a team environment.
