Occupational Health Nurse; PRN

Role

Provides workplace medical and wellness services, including patient triage, evaluation, referral, phlebotomy, immunizations, BLS instruction, hearing tests, and other duties as needed.

Supervises HRA team members, implements program policies, maintains OSHA, Workers' Compensation, and FMLA compliance, and promotes health, safety, and wellness initiatives in a corporate setting.

Nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), current RN license, minimum three years of clinical experience, and current healthcare provider certification. CPR instructor certification is a plus.

Strong communication, organization, and computer skills; knowledge of medical and allied health services; ability to work independently; interest in health promotion; facilitation skills; and physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform standing, walking, and bending activities.

Uses computers and medical equipment; requires physical strength and endurance for prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and various movements necessary for patient care.
