Role Overview
Provides direct patient care across all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. Collaborates with ancillary departments to ensure optimal patient comfort and outcomes, adhering to nursing standards, the Missouri Nurse Practice Act, and organizational values.
Key Responsibilities- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Monitor and coordinate care activities to enhance patient experience.
- Maintain compliance with nursing practice guidelines and organizational policies.
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
- Valid RN license in the state or within a compact licensure agreement.
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion within probation period; additional certifications as required by role.
