Position Overview

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform patient assessments, deliver direct care, and evaluate caregiver effectiveness. Coordinate care plans, uphold patient confidentiality, and adhere to mission and standards.
Qualifications & SkillsGraduate of an accredited nursing program, valid RN license, BLS certification, and physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand or walk extensively. Experience preferred but not mandatory for some roles. Additional certifications like IV certification are a plus.
Shift & Work EnvironmentWork 7a-7p or 7p-7a with rotational weekends. Roles include full-time and part-time positions, with competitive incentives such as sign‑on bonuses, education assistance, shift and weekend differentials, and comprehensive benefits like insurance, PTO, and retirement plans.
Specialized UnitThe 4B Cardiac Unit focuses on adult cardiac patients, offering telemetry monitoring, post‑angio care, pacemaker/ICA care, and medication management, requiring specific clinical skills and experience.
