Join a dynamic nursing team providing patient care on a Med Tele unit specializing in complex diagnoses such as cardiac, respiratory, and surgical conditions.
Utilize the nursing process and framework to deliver quality care, coordinate with other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
Responsibilities Include- Assessing patient needs and implementing care plans
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments accordingly
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintaining documentation and compliance with licensing and certification requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
- Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, bend, and reach as needed
