Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse, providing patient care utilizing the nursing process while maintaining professional accountability and patient confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities Include- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with other departments.
- Maintaining patient rights and ensuring confidentiality.
- Providing care on a Med-surg Telemetry unit focused on adult patients requiring telemetry monitoring.
- Participating in innovative projects to improve nursing practices through quick PDSA cycles.
- Graduate or soon-to-be graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license in the state or a compact license.
- Basic Life Support certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, innovative environment.
- Work 12-hour shifts with rotational weekends, available in full-time and part-time roles.
