Now hiring:
Graduate Nurses (GN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Registered Nurses (RN). Night positions eligible for sign-on bonus up to $20,000.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
  • Monitor patient progress and promote positive outcomes
  • Support a culture of safety, excellence, and teamwork
Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Graduate of an accredited/state-approved School of Nursing
  • Current RN license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider/BLS certification or ability to obtain during orientation
Graduate Nurse (GN)
  • Recent nursing school graduate awaiting RN licensure
  • Eligible to participate in Mercy's Graduate Nurse program
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care within a team-focused environment
