Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Home Therapies RN CAP to join the Clinical Advancement Program. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for an assigned group of patients, oversee home dialysis training, and coordinate with physicians to address patient issues.
You will work under supervision, perform education for patients and families, document in medical records, and participate in quality improvement activities.
