Job Description:
Utilize adult learning principles to implement a variety of teaching strategies appropriate to learner needs, desired learner outcomes, content, and context. Provide onboarding and ongoing electronic medical record education for nursing staff and other clinical staff as needed. Develop evidence-based curriculum to improve staff understanding and utilization of the electronic medical record. Effectively manage education related to implementation of new technology in the clinical areas.

Bachelors of Science in Nursing
- Required:
At least 2 years previous nursing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective leadership abilities
- Exhibit valuable time management skills
- Computer literacy skills
- Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment

RN license active in the state of Missouri - Required:
Must complete department specific certifications within the designated time frame
