Travel Nurse Source is staffing a Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Springfield, MO. The role is nights (19:00–07:00) onsite with 36–48 guaranteed hours per week.
The nurse will perform comprehensive patient assessments, coordinate care with ancillary teams, and ensure safety and confidentiality across a 32-bed unit. Missouri licensure, BLS, NIHSS, and trauma credits are required or in progress.
