Role Overview

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. • Graduation from a nursing school with an Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN.
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to push, pull, lift 50 lbs regularly, stand, walk, and perform movements such as gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are upheld.
