Role Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards and values.

• Perform nursing duties during 12-hour shifts on days or nights, with rotational weekends.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Support patients with post-surgical and medical needs, including assessments, telemetry, IV insertions, wound, and drain care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.

• Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association) or completed within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
