BJC Health Care is hiring experienced hospital-based bedside RNs for its 6-bed Critical Care Unit in Missouri. The role requires 1–2 years of hospital Med/Surg experience and an RN license. The unit offers a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio and night shift differential.
You will provide direct patient care, educate patients and families, and participate in care planning and safety initiatives, with benefits starting after the first month. Tuition assistance is available Day One.
