Part Time RN - Medical Surgical

Position Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members.

Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and aligns with organizational mission, values, and standards.

• Manage complex diagnoses and patient needs in a medical-surgical setting.
• Coordinate care for patients with conditions such as infectious diseases, wounds, pneumonia, sepsis, COPD, diabetes, gastrointestinal issues, and post-surgical recovery.
• Assist with surgical interventions, outpatient procedures, infusion therapies, and anticoagulation management.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the practicing state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.

Work hours include day and night shifts with rotational weekends.
