Licensed Practical Nurse - Full Time

Role Overview

Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals or a Registered Nurse (RN). Maintains accountability for patient care, coordinates with other departments, and ensures patient rights and confidentiality are upheld. Performs duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with successful licensure.
• Current LPN license and compliance with State Board of Nursing requirements.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, and turn patients, with physical capacity to handle up to 50 pounds.
• Open to both new and experienced LPNs.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, with additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E.) based on unit needs.
• Preferred certifications include IV certification within one year of hire.

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care following standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient treatment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.
• Perform physical duties such as patient handling and assisting with mobility.
