• Provide direct patient care during 7pm-7am shifts, including rotational weekends and holidays. Maintain compliance with care standards, evaluate patient needs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

• Require a minimum of one year RN experience, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and current RN licensure in the state or compact license. Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association is mandatory or must be completed within 30 days of hire.

Provide patient-centered care, evaluate care effectiveness, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with standards. Support organizational mission and values while fostering a collaborative and compassionate environment.
