Role:
Emergency Department RN providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Level 1 Trauma and Stroke center.
Responsibilities:Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; ensure patient rights and confidentiality; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams; evaluate care effectiveness; maintain professional accountability; and uphold organizational standards and values.
Qualifications- Graduate from an approved School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure with the Missouri State Board or a temporary permit
- Hospital-based experience required; emergency department experience preferred
- Certifications:
AHA Healthcare Provider card, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC (courses within specified time frames)
Strong clinical skills, ability to work in a high-pressure environment, teamwork, and commitment to exceptional patient care.
Key Duties:Deliver high-quality emergency care, collaborate with healthcare teams, and contribute to the trauma and stroke center's outstanding reputation.
