Key responsibilities include caring for patients with a wide range of conditions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in specialized programs like the Emergency Nursing Fellowship. Qualifications include a state-approved nursing education, current RN licensure, hospital experience (preferably in Emergency Department), and relevant certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC, and TNCC.
