Position: Charge Nurse (RN)
  • Responsibilities:
    Oversee nursing services during shifts, supervise nursing staff including LPNs, CNAs, and CMAs, administer medications and treatments, complete resident assessments and care plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Serve as a central communication link between residents, families, physicians, and leadership.
  • Conduct routine rounds, address incidents, and ensure availability of supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality care and resident safety.
  • Document and report changes in resident condition, incidents, and concerns, including suspected abuse or neglect.

We are seeking a dedicated

Charge Nurse (RN)

to provide

clinical leadership

and

exceptional resident care

in a skilled nursing community.

  • Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Current RN license, strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and familiarity with state and federal regulations. Experience in skilled nursing or senior living is preferred.
