Role Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and aligns duties with organizational mission and standards.

• Deliver direct patient care in a Pediatric ICU setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and patient confidentiality.
• Uphold professional accountability and evaluate care provided by colleagues.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in the state or valid compact license.
• Basic Life Support certification (or completion within 30 days).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various movements required for patient care.

• Utilize nursing skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are protected.
• Maintain professional standards and collaborate with healthcare team.
• Perform physical tasks necessary for patient care and safety.
