Position Overview
Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Responsible for coordinating patient care across departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and adhering to organizational standards, values, and service expectations.

Qualifications & Skills- Graduation from a nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license for the state or within a compact license region, meeting all state nursing board requirements.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, PEARS, C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials may be required based on department needs.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
- Provide patient-centered nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
- Maintain patient rights, confidentiality, and adhere to organizational standards.
