Role Overview

Coordinate patient care across departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality.

Align duties with organizational mission, values, and standards.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Valid RN license in the state of practice, with the ability to obtain and maintain licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, PEARS, C-EFM, or others may be required based on unit or department needs.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs, and perform prolonged standing, walking, and various physical movements.

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Uphold patient rights, confidentiality, and safety standards.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, reaching, and mobility activities.
