Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical​/Obstetrics and Gynecology Nights

Role Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care across departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and aligns duties with organizational standards and values.

• Care for a diverse patient population including GYN, bariatric, colon surgeries, and medical patients
• Support post-partum and obstetric patients with appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios
• Perform duties in accordance with mission and service standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction

• Current RN licensure
• Ability to evaluate patient needs and coordinate care effectively
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus for night shift
• Sign-on bonuses based on experience, ranging from $5,000 to $20,000
