Description:
Must be open to all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults.
This is a 13-week contract for a Registered Nurse in the psychiatric unit.
There is a 36-hour guarantee.
Must work every other weekend.
Minimum requirements include 1 year of recent experience in Behavioral Health/Psychiatry.
Experience with paper charting is required.
The facility type is an acute inpatient hospital.
Ages treated include children (ages 5-12), adolescents and teenagers (ages 13-17), adults (ages 18+), and seniors (ages 65+).Disorders and addictions treated include behavioral disorders, memory disorders, mental health disorders, and mood disorders.
Levels of care include detoxification, inpatient, and residential.
Each individual receiving care benefits from personalized planning, comprehensive services, and age-appropriate programming.
Inpatient programs feature acute, short-term care to promote stabilization.
This allows patients to return home or step down to a lower level of care.
At the residential level, long-term treatment and focused educational support empower young people to make sustained progress.
