Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care to residents, including medication administration and routine treatments
- Assist in developing and following individualized resident care plans
- Provide support and guidance to residents and families
- Document care activities accurately and thoroughly
Qualifications:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Missouri
- Prior experience in a long‑term care setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
