Licensed Practical Nurse

Role Overview:

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or guidance of a licensed healthcare professional. Ensures patient rights, confidentiality, and coordinates care with other departments. Maintains professional accountability for assigned patients.

• Assessing patient needs and delivering nursing care.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and patient confidentiality.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Ensuring compliance with licensure and certification requirements.

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience.
• Current LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all licensing requirements.
• Preferred certifications may include BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., and LPN-IV certification.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull 50 lbs, and perform prolonged standing, walking, and various physical movements.
