Seeking a registered nurse to provide patient care based on the nursing process and conceptual framework. Responsible for coordinating care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
The role involves working every weekend from 7p to 7a, with an initial orientation.
Qualifications include:- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license and compliance with state requirements
- Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association)
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull 50 pounds, and perform prolonged standing, walking, and various physical movements
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver quality patient care
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are upheld
The medical-surgical unit manages complex diagnoses such as infectious diseases, post-surgical care, and chronic conditions, offering diverse clinical experiences and growth opportunities.
