Travel Nurse – Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Role: Emergency Room Registered Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and respond to patient needs, ensuring optimal care and safety.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Monitor patient responses to interventions and report outcomes promptly.
• Assist with patient transportation, maintain cleanliness of rooms, and manage supplies.
• Share on-call duties with a quick response time when required.
• Perform procedures, operate departmental equipment, and support patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1-2 years of ER experience preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Certifications may be required based on facility needs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and technical skills.
• Physical ability to lift equipment (50-100 lbs), push, bend, and pull.
• Ability to work independently or under supervision, managing interactions under pressure.
• Attention to detail, keen visual understanding, and practical communication skills.
