Role Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates with other departments to deliver comprehensive patient care while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Performs duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient treatment.
• Maintain compliance with patient rights and confidentiality policies.
• Uphold professional standards and organizational values in daily duties.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Valid RN license and current licensure in the state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift, push, pull 50 lbs, and perform prolonged standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.

• Deliver high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation setting.
• Ensure adherence to safety and organizational standards.
• Maintain certifications as required by department or unit.
• Contribute to a collaborative and compassionate team environment.
