- a graduate of an accredited nursing program
- current RN license
- 3-5 years hospital nursing experience
- relevant certifications such as AHA Healthcare Provider card, TNCC, ACLS, ENPC, or PALS
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Skills required encompass strong communication, clinical competence, data assessment, and leadership abilities
