Role:
Provides direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Med Surg unit, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.
Responsibilities:Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, participates in safety and quality initiatives, develops and communicates individualized care plans, and assesses physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs.
Qualifications:Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required;
Bachelor's degree preferred. Must hold an active RN license with no prior experience needed; less than two years of experience is preferred for additional qualifications.
