Cardiac​/Telemetry Nurse Manager

This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining and purchasing equipment, and overseeing departmental operations.

• Manage staff by hiring, training, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and fostering professional development.
• Participate in staffing, budgeting, and responding to operational changes to meet financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of patient care aligned with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans, documenting accordingly.
• Develop collaborative care plans based on patient needs and medical interventions.
• Oversee staff productivity, conduct performance reviews, manage payroll, and handle staffing needs including overtime and discipline.

• Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience preferred for higher roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required.
