Pediatric RN House Supervisor – Part Time

Role Overview: The House Supervisor is responsible for administrative supervision of patient care and hospital departments
, serving as the on-site leader during off-shifts
. They
manage staffing, patient placement, and complaint resolution, ensuring safe, high-quality care across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage personnel, including hiring, training, evaluating, and professional development.
• Supervise patient care delivery, responding effectively to special circumstances
  .
• Coordinate departmental operations and service integration
  .
• Support clinical staff development by observing, coaching, and monitoring compliance with regulations.
• Act as a liaison between administration and departments, handling clinical issues and complaints
  .
• Participate in staffing, revenue, and expense budget planning, ensuring adherence to financial goals
  .

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree
  .
• 2-5 years of supervisor experience
  .
• Current RN licensure
  .
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 5-10 years of experience.
