Neurology Nurse Manager

This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining and purchasing equipment, and overseeing departmental operations.

• Manage staff by hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and conducting professional development.
• Develop and adhere to staffing, revenue, and expense budgets, adjusting to business needs.
• Provide and supervise patient care, ensuring interventions align with patients’ age and developmental needs, and document appropriately.
• Create collaborative care plans based on assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
• Monitor staff productivity, manage staff schedules, approve payroll, and handle staff communication and performance reviews.

• Experience:
  
  2-5 years for RN role; supervisor experience preferred. 5-10 years of nursing experience with less than 2 years of supervisory experience is ideal.

  Valid RN license required.

Experience in neurology is preferred. The role may require flexibility to assist during urgent staffing needs.
