VCA Parkcrest Animal Hospital has been caring for pets in Springfield and the surrounding Ozarks since the late 1960s. We're a busy, AAHA-accredited, five-doctor small animal hospital offering wellness care, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, boarding, and grooming.

What You'll DoAs a Client Service Representative, you'll be the first impression of our hospital and play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for pets and their people.
Your day may include:
- Greeting clients and patients with warmth and enthusiasm
- Answering phones, texts, and emails
- Scheduling appointments and supporting patient flow
- Checking clients in & out and processing payments
- Explaining services, wellness plans, and treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate medical records
- Educating clients on preventive care and hospital resources
- Supporting your teammates and helping the hospital run smoothly
- Loves people and animals
- Enjoys building relationships and making a difference in someone's day
- Communicates clearly and compassionately
- Stays organized and positive in a busy environment
- Takes pride in providing exceptional service
- Is dependable, team-oriented, and willing to jump in when needed
- Has previous customer service experience (veterinary experience is a plus, but not required)
- Full-time, 30–40 hours per week. Most weeks you'll work four shifts. We believe in taking care of our team, so you may occasionally help cover for teammates while they enjoy a well‑earned vacation or take time away when they need it.
- Rotating 4-hour Saturday shifts
