Site Food Safety & Quality Manager
Food Talent Solutions has partnered with a growing, premium food manufacturer to identify a Site Food Safety & Quality Manager for a highly visible leadership opportunity.
This individual will serve as the site quality leader, partnering closely with Operations to drive food safety, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and a strong culture of quality throughout the facility.
Key Role Information- Reports to the Director of Quality
- USDA‑inspected manufacturing facility (~130 employees)
- Direct leadership of 2 FSQA Technicians
- High‑visibility role with significant production floor presence
- ?? St. Louis, MO

- Own the site’s HACCP, SQF, USDA, sanitation, and food safety programs.
- Be a key member of the plant leadership team influencing daily operations and continuous improvement.

- Food safety/quality leadership experience in food manufacturing
- Strong USDA, HACCP, SQF, and audit experience
- Confident production floor leader who builds credibility with Operations
