We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to ensure food safety, product quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the manufacturing process. This role is responsible for conducting inspections, testing products, monitoring production activities, maintaining quality documentation, and supporting corrective actions to ensure all products meet company and industry standards. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing quality assurance, strong knowledge of HACCP and GMPs, and a keen eye for detail.
Experience with food safety audits, quality testing, and compliance with FDA, USDA, and FSMA standards is highly valued.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of QA, Food Safety, or Production experience in the food industry.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and food safety regulations.
- Experience conducting inspections, testing, and quality documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- HACCP certification and BRC plant experience are a plus.
Location: Canton Plant | Reports To: Director, Quality Assurance.
