Regional Quality Control Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Quality Control Manager to oversee the company's quality control program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control policies and procedures, as well as ensuring that all projects are completed in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. As a key member of our team, the Regional Quality Control Manager will work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective use of company resources.

This position supports operations throughout portions of Arkansas, Missouri, and Southeast Kansas. The role requires approximately 25% travel to project sites, facilities, and partner locations within the assigned region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures, ensuring that all projects are completed in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Manage and oversee the company's quality control program, including monitoring and reporting on quality control metrics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring that their work meets quality control standards
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that quality control standards are communicated and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and deliver quality control training programs to project teams and other stakeholders
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in quality control
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred but not required
  • 10+ years of experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of quality control processes and procedures
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned region
