Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) position is to implement NYAB's Supplier Quality Assurance Program. This includes supplier rating/performance reporting, establishing Supplier Quality flowdowns, evaluating the supplier's quality systems, performing product and process validations on the supplied product, evaluating non-conforming products, and implementing corrective actions. Also responsible for directing all commodity team supplier quality efforts to ensure the highest quality standard for purchased materials received itionally, to support supplier value engineering efforts to enhance supplier cost reductions, producibility improvements, and reduce the cost of supplier quality.
