This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee owns the license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, but is a separate company and a separate employer from McDonald’s USA. If hired, the franchisee will be your employer, not McDonald’s USA. All employment matters – hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling – are handled by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA.

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Managers may also lead Departments; responsibilities include managing assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results to their team and other managers.
The Guest Service Department Manager ensures Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are executed well, that all service staff are trained in service procedures, and that the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers high‑quality, safe food quickly, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
The People Department Manager hires qualified crew, trains them, schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and recognizes and motivates crew throughout their tenure.
QualificationsPrevious managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older and able to work a flexible schedule. Positive team player who enjoys a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
