About The Role As a Sales Associate, also known as a “Product Specialist,” you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to store success in this entry‑level retail role. Compensation STARTING RATE: $15.25
HOURLY PAY RANGE: $15.25 – $16.44

• Customer Service:
  Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products to help each customer find the right fit. Exceptional service is the top priority.
• Retail Sales Goals:
  Contribute to store and individual sales goals while developing skills in product offerings.
• Store Operations:
  Maintain an inviting store by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise. This role involves lifting and carrying shoes and boxes (occasional lifting up to 50 pounds) and standing for much of the shift.
• Cashier Duties:
  Process payments accurately and ensure customers have a positive final impression.
• Product Knowledge:
  Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories and share details to improve the customer experience and sales.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
