Identifies and evaluates customers' needs and makes product recommendations;
Promotes programs including CLUB membership, VOC and In Store Pick up;
Ensures 4473 Forms are completed thoroughly and accurately;
Organizes and maintains merchandise within the retail store for gun counter responsibility
