MEAT CLERK

Harps Food Stores -  -  - Responsibilities:
Manage meat department operations including staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, department cleanliness, and safe use of equipment and tools.;
Support meat department replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation and returns, damages and reworks, and inventory preparation.;
Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, rotation, signing, displays, sampling, and department procedures.;
Follow safety and quality orientation and ensure high-quality products and compliance with policies.;
Build relationships and provide outstanding customer service through the SMILE program guidelines.
